Open Compress image when a portfolio or shop page is heavy. Open Remove metadata before you post a photo that still has location data. Open Bulk watermark when a client should see a mark on the proof. Open the Open Graph image generator when you need a 1200 by 630 preview for a link. Product photos for a small shop use the same four pages.

Compress an image

Steps

  1. Compress the photos you will put on a page or in a proposal.
  2. Run Remove metadata on anything shot on a phone.
  3. Watermark the proof set, and keep an unmarked copy for delivery.
  4. For a link preview, open the Open Graph image generator, type the title, and download the PNG.

Proofs and finals

Put the mark on the file the client reviews. Send the clean file after you are paid, from the original you kept.

The mark is visible text or a logo. Someone can still crop it or screenshot the page.
