Open the 16:9 crop, frame the room, and download. If the portal complains about size, open Compress image and pick 1 MB. If you are sending previews and want your name on them, open Bulk watermark and place the same text or logo on the set. A watermark is something people can see. It does not stop a screenshot.
Steps
- Open the 16:9 crop and move the frame so the room still reads.
- Download that crop.
- If the upload limit is about 1 MB, open Compress image, set 1 MB, and download again.
- For a marked set, open Bulk watermark, choose the photos, and set position and opacity.
- Download the marked files or the ZIP and upload those.
Order
Crop first, then compress. Compressing and then cropping can leave you with a file that is small in the wrong shape.
Watermark the copy you send out. Keep an unmarked original for print or for the owner.

Does 1 MB change the photo's width?
Only if lowering quality is not enough. When the size changes, the shape stays the same.
